Yes but I have to admit  I saw so many weird things going on these days, I am 100% sure some noa2s never get updated and hard copies for some will be on the mail. So I don't think this is all they've done but RFE is important to be updated online, so they definitely putting more effort on updating RFE information than approval information.

Happy to hear that the 28 day mark is (hopefully) the special day. today makes 28 days exactly for us so maybe today will be our day too.  

 

that is interesting that they say they will receive AnD process within 6 weeks. i was under the impression that was only for receiving. 

 

interestingly, my congressional representative made an inquiry with the Nvc on my behalf. aside from the usual 6 weeks jargon, they said that an outside contractor is responsible for bringing all of the applications from Uscis to Nvc. they also said that their schedule is not consistent without giving any more details.
