How many people on here May filers before 20th are still awaiting? I'm now 189 days and still nothing.

It now appears USCIS are getting back to normal to a degree with the backlog but now the NVC are feeling it. I'm guessing by July filers USCIS and the NVC are aiming to have caught up the back log

Check this out https://etherpad.net/p/May_I-129F_Pending

Some people from there are probably approved already though and just forgot to remove themselves.

It seems like USCIS is not the only 'slow' part of the process. I was one of the lucky ones to receive an approval on oct 26th (28 days now) but the people at the NVC tell me they have not received it yet. VJ timelines indicate an avg of 21.

Is anyone else in the same boat?

I am behind you...approved Nov. 10th....not going to worry about the NVC until 3 weeks pass. I did an inquiry via the internet and was told they have not received our case and it can take up to 6 weeks to be received AND processed by the NVC. I think I will start bothering them at 3 weeks. Good luck! This sucks, but I don't think it will be as stressful as waiting for NOA2...and God bless you all still waiting. Remember your mailbox. My Spinach app still has us as case received and I never showed up on scans. When I opened that Homeland Security letter and saw approved, it almost killed me :). That feeling of finding out is really something else, but I am still disappointed in my government for using such an archaic system to process our apps.
