It seems like USCIS is not the only 'slow' part of the process. I was one of the lucky ones to receive an approval on oct 26th (28 days now) but the people at the NVC tell me they have not received it yet. VJ timelines indicate an avg of 21.

Is anyone else in the same boat?

Was approved on November 1st. Call NVC every day after 2 weeks of waiting - no luck. The same answer - it can take up to 6 weeks....

Yes, and I am afraid that they will forget about us and will work slow because they started to work with June cases

I really don't think that's how it works... Please don't worry about that.

They didn't forget April when they started you. And they won't change that date on their site unless you guys are done.

We can decide the done level by looking at vj, when vjmembers calm down with 1 or 2 left to wait for extra background checks or some problems that's when they really move to the new month.

We can't do anything but that.. They will have to change that MAy 1 written in their site one way or another.

Try thinking it this way (this is how I'm trying to think and keep faith inthis)

If you guys don't get that in mail or by update soon, Think what will happen July? Will their average be 200s? or august september? theirs would go to.. what a 240? This won't happen..Even in their worse shape this can't happen for a fiance visa. So I keep faith that most of yours are ready to be send..

Uff, I hope all of us can get our Noa2 soon and  when they start to work with your month they can do it faster than now, because I have heard that last year they were very fast with this process, 3 or 4 months the maximum.

All I want is your (all of may and june and whoever had to wait any longer than 5 months) misery to end. I really don't care about my future misery in the moment.. As soon as you guys can move on, I'll feel 100% better, and also yes can give every one some good news.

How many people on here May filers before 20th are still awaiting? I'm now 189 days and still nothing.

It now appears USCIS are getting back to normal to a degree with the backlog but now the NVC are feeling it. I'm guessing by July filers USCIS and the NVC are aiming to have caught up the back log
