My fiance sent back to USCIS yesterday, but I guess it will arrive on Friday hopefully!! Thanksgiving holiday might make it more longer... Finger crossed :)

Good luck, guys! ✌️✌️ I guess only Thursday is a holiday day off - so there shouldn't be a big delay.

They updated our case just the day they received the response. Hope they process it just as fast. 🙏

We shipped it on Tuesday 14th, the tracking number said they received on Wednesday 15th and the status was changed to Received Thursday 16th. Now we wait and finger crossed!

When average do you think we will get an answer?

It seems that they're pretty quick with the turnaround. I just hope they like our responses! Unfortunately ours got stuck in the mail and even though we shipped it on Wed 15 it wasn't received until Monday :( It has been changed to received at their end on 21 though so I will wait to see when you get your response. I really hope its soon! I was hoping to be married for christmas in the States but I guess that's out now!

Are you under AP at NVC?

may 5th noa1

Oct 10th Noa2

Oct 19th  NVC receive and got case number

nearly 5 weeks still stuck there with no end in sight at this stage !

Is there anyone else under AP for this long ?

they say it can be there for as long as it takes ! I'm very worried now !

It seems like USCIS is not the only 'slow' part of the process. I was one of the lucky ones to receive an approval on oct 26th (28 days now) but the people at the NVC tell me they have not received it yet. VJ timelines indicate an avg of 21.

Is anyone else in the same boat?

We got our approval 10th oct , filed May 5th!!

NVC received 19th, now stuck there under additional processing !!

will be 5 weeks at end of week !

There are people with our same time lines and they have completed their interview..

nothing we can do except wait and pray things speed up !

as silly as it sounds - at least you have NOA2 and know it's steps away!

no request for add evidence or other errors on the paperwork, approved :)

stay positive, it's almost time to be together!

N-400: 12/05/2023 (confirmed fingerprints are re-used)

Interview scheduled for: 05/09/2024

I know it will all fall into place eventually.. We were  so excited to receive Noa2  with no RFE , it's just so frustrating to have to go through same waiting process again.. I guess we got our hopes up as we thought this stage was meant to be the quick part.. it's scary to read some people can be in AP for months ...but still trying to be positive 😅 Thank you 😀

oh ok :) I am hanging in there  I am starting to loose my patience though :(

Getting annoyed by this process, really missing my princess. Ever since they reached towards end of May Cases and started working 30th cases it's been tough.

I think i'll be calling Monday and raise hell until I get some sort of answer from tier 2, not going to give up listening to tier one answer from a script lol.

176 Days and counting.

I would suggest you wait until next Friday to call them because they're gonna tell you to wait until the processing chart updates because as long as it stays on processing May 1st cases, they're not going to tell you anything. Trust me, I've been calling for the last 3 days and that's what I've been told every time.

Sorry you're going through this but as always you're not alone. You still got me waiting with you! 😉

ROC Filing:

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken

So I filed an Inquiry on 11/8 and since then it's been saying 11/8 your Inquiry was assigned to an officer. Now all of sudden it says on 11/21 You filed an Inquiry regarding and it has been assigned to a officer. I never called 11/21 ????

If it updated that's a good thing, it means that your inquiry is now being touched by an officer which would mean they are gonna be touching your case. You'll be getting a response very soon. I was told my has to be responded by Dec. 1st which is next Thursday and my inquiry date is 11/16 (I actually had 2 inquiries in because the first one was the one that was done in error when they told me my case was at the Philadelphia field office and I put in another one to make sure that the other one didn't further delay my case that's the one they still have to respond back by Dec. 1st). You should be hearing something before me I would say.
