congrats!! quick question please how do you schedule your interview. mine says ready. do i have to wait for them to contact me? thank you

In Ghana we can schedule them online after we pay the visa fee. You can go to https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/ApplicantHome to schedule it, but I don't know if it's the same for Cameroon. I hope this helps.

I don't know if anyone else is having this problem but I was approved NOA2 October 31st. NVC still has not received anything so I called USCIS and I just got off the phone with a Tier 2 at USCIS and they confirmed that it still has not been sent to NVC and that it could take up to 60 days for them to send it. Tier 2 said after 60 days if it still has not been sent to NVC I could call back and file and inquiry.

NOA1 April 28th

NOA2 October 31st

Partner received an email back regarding our inquiry, states:

Your case is currently being adjudicated. You should receive a notice of action* within 45 days.

Think that's good news? Aslong as it doesnt take the 45 days!

This sounds so weird! In the NOA2 letter, they say that after 30 days of your NOA2, if you don't receive any communication from NVC, you can open an Inquiry directly with NVC. Hopefully it will come before that, but if it doesn't, I don't think you need to wait 60 days to take some action.

I agree. I think it might be more beneficial to work with NVC after the 30 days has elapsed. Every time i call USCIS, I just get the standard response, "It can take up to...." even from Tier 2.

Also, I don't think they should say they have already sent the original petition to NVC in the Approval letter, when in reality they haven't.

I called back this morning to try to get my nvc case number. And guess what? They apparently haven’t received my case 😡😡 I’m definitely upset that I was lied to last night that my case was received. Completely unacceptable. “Sorry you were told the wrong information” was all I was practically told multiple times. I want answers on why I was lied to not an apology.

Oh bad😣 keep calling. 💪
