From what I understand,

 

You should make a request for resend, I think the post office couldn't find you or something.

Otherwise it would expire and you will have to refile.

 

Did you get your hard copy of NOA2???

This happened once before in may (I cannot find his nicknameee) he got his hardcopy without update and a few dates later the hard copy it changes into rfe, he went to the local office and it was a noa2 in the end. I hope he comes by and sees this, I really want to check his status.  Guyss if you remember the nickname pleasee tag him for me...I have 4 more months to go this will make me go mad..

Never changed from Received on the app. He got the NOA2 through mail. Then RFE and made an infopass appointment - outcome NOA2 sticks, if I remember correctly.

No not yet.. that’s what we are waiting.. hard copy of noa2.. we got our approval nov 7

From what I understand they tried to send you but the post office couldn't find you,

request a resend and check your address with them, your address may be wrong.

They probably couldn’t deliver your letter so it was returned - confirm your address with USCIS in the first instance.

When you receive your Visa in the SEALED package " Do not accept if seal is Broken" ....can someone explain to me how you get your CFO stamp in your passport, Please? Since CFO wont stamp your passport till your visa is Approved!
