Isn't it strange how we submitted a formal enquiry to USCIS on 8th November and our NOA2 was dated 9th November...

 And it still states that your inquiry was assigned to an officer for a response. I have been following your case on my app :). 

Whereas our inquiry was assigned, responded and completed. (Received date is16 days later than yours though)

But my point is that anyone whose case only states their inquiry was assigned to an officer should expect their NOA2’s in the mail, imo.

May 2017 Filer Received NOA1 Been over Past time For NOA2 Filed and Inquiry On it 11/08/17 California Service Center No Request of more information was received Just waiting So ready to join Together with my Fiancee The Process Is Terrible To go through but GOD GOT US All Good Luck to Everyone.Lisa & Lawal

In Japan's case for example I can't schedule a medical exam without it.
