NVC?

Are u sending to the Philipines?

I was wondering how to get any paperwork to my fiance

And what order would u make all the appts

Do the physical, then make appt for interview and wait,, then do the seminar thing?

Ive heard you can do the seminar whenever and the get the visa and get seminar finished sticker(?) at the the airport

Yes I am sending my papers to the Philipines. I am going to use DHL to ship them over. It takes about 10 days.

The order I was told to use was make the interview about 3 to 4 weeks out. After that apt is made do medical about 2 weeks before hand. Once you done with interview set up CFO since the wait is short.

You can do the CFO sooner and not sure if airport gives stamp or you go back to the office. You just go to the website and set up a date and say you dont have visa yet.

Hey there!

Actually I also so a may filer that got approved on the app...and from what an April filer explained (after talking to a USCIS ppl) they dispatch all applications among them and some are faster than others to go through . thats y some ppl got their Noa2 earlier (even tho they filled up later than others).

Besides I also saw another April filer who got the visa just 22days after Noa2. It all depends on the embassy and some other circumstances too( like if one have all documentation ready while waiting for NVC)... Anyway we should start hearing from them very soon. I'm hoping by 2weeks time... God willing

Be nice to have visa that quick. I also think it matters what service center gets them. Do they send out a bunch at once for approval?

Ok thanks, My attorney said this is the longest part of the whole process, once we get the noa2 things should move a bit faster. Would be nice to have a Christmas wedding and start the New year off as Husband and Wife. I'm thinking of visiting her again. It has been almost 6 months since I've been there last. Miss my baby!

The wait sucks. From my understaing Noa2 to interview is about 45 to 60 days.  A few people said they did it in 22 days. I wish you all the best

Hi Everyone

I am a fellow May filer!! Submitted through the California service centre and know they had everything 12th May....and then just the wait....anxiously, frustratingly, arghhhhhhhh this is so hard!!

I am remaining optimistic that we all should hear news in September :)))

Wishing all filers good luck with dates and timelines and if anyone has any shred of news, would be very very happy to hear! At least it's some signs of movement of paper!

Lucy

Hi! My fiance also filed a petition for me last May. I've been waiting for 3 months now for the NOA2. :)
