Yeah...While I'm happy for June filers, it also makes me worry... :(

You shouldn't necessarily worry because eventually they will get to your case and the rest of us that are waiting...it's just the eventually part that is the issue.

ROC Filing:

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken

We have some 11, and 15 dates too. Mine is 5/17 and we all still waiting 😢

This has gotten to the point of being beyond ridiculous.

I feel your pain girl......I'm so tired of venting about this because all this does is make me more depressed than I already am.

The eventually part is the worrisome part because USCIS' eventually might be months later, as my app just showed an RFE approval that was received on march 16. It's just that once they start working on another month I'm afraid that our cases might be left behind even more.  Hopefully that's not the case though and we all get our approvals before the end of November.

I was right, we will end up as.rest of the April filers, when they started May.especially us May 22nd...this is ridiculous, btw I have been getting replies within couple days on email someone posted the other day so I have suggestion for anyone who is waiting to simply annoy them and send something like inquiry text email, now I'm going to write them how using their app and other sources I saw they are not processing cases in order even though they claim so,and we are still waiting which is not fair, especially the wait time if we get RFE,please guys lets do this!

It's so crappy, I am so sorry you guys and all May filers are waiting such massive wait times :(

I hope we all don't get asked to complete a feedback form after this experience - "yep going to need more paper here"

To all you lovely people on here who are still waiting for the magic "golden ticket": I was really desperate. Losing hope and faith and feeling like this would never end. Like my whole life would be just a very long break. But today my fiancé called uscis and just got called back. I was worried about our case being one to be forgotten or worried about getting an rfe. But we were approved!! Noa1 date may 26th. Approved on nov 14th :) case tracker still shows "received"

so don't give up. Your day might already have come and you just don't know it yet. Love is stronger than this long process...

sending you good vibes

Congratulations!!
