Oh well, I'm sad to say that what my timeline gave me has always been way too optimistic! 😃 According to it I should get approved not later than tomorrow, but USCIS change my status last night to "response to USCIS for request for evidence was received", so realistically I don't think that'll happen before the first week of December.

same happened with other steps before, waiting time has always been longer. 😞

Well, I wish you the best of luck!!

Hope you don't mind us early May's getting ours before you do. Probably won't but one can hope.:jest:

Not at all!  I thought they went day by day so I paid USPS to overnight my stuff to get there on Friday so wouldn't be in following week. Now I see it doesn't matter and would've actually been better it seems.

Mainly for June and further months but if anyone is interested:

-------------------

Hi everyone,

This is not weeklies or dailies but an explanation for especially June and forward cases (but I'll put it in May too for information)

I have been asked a lot why I think things are getting better, even though it does not seem like it, or what is my evidence..(actually wait let's not even go there)

Now I am putting the weeklies, since September for the months April - September.

What April went through and caused this overload is superb, and extremely sad. I am continuously saying May is in better shape and I hope after these number you will also see what I mean. April never had a peak time. The numbers were always low.

we don't even know how many cases there are that will never be updated so I would put a 15% on top of these numbers

Why I believe this 15% is also correct?

Because there are 1500+ April cases that looks like pending, but the number of people left in the April forum who's still waiting is way less!

Think about how many left in May and what is the situation in May right now? Oh so many of their NOA2s are on its way I'm sure!

That's why here are the numbers also with the 15% added values...

Love you all :D  Now everybody go out and play!

These are only the cases that are touched or approved but excluding the rejected and received cases (especially for september)

This isn't the only pattern. Yesterday for example, all the approved RFEs I looked at were with response date received 11/3, except for one from 11/6. It just looks like they're either working in a certain pattern or they're not updating a lot more.

Well, then quite a lot of people should be fired. :D

As long as they use that time for adjudicating I'm ok with no updates!

Yeah after this long of a wait that's frustrating!

For me maybe because I think I'll be waiting no matter what I'd be ok as long as I have in my hand.. I mean even if they update me I will have to wait... and then wait for nvc.. so I really just want them to work faster!
