I just read that they are on april 15th filers at this moment.... we applied may 17th but just did an expidite request because we live together in the philippines and there is war and martial law.

I'm starting to feel a bit sad because my fiance returns to the States after a month together here in my home country. Before this month we've been separated for more than 7 months. Now we will be separated again for I hope no more than 4 months. Good luck to you all guys!! We're doing a great thing here!!  stay strong!

I think they would be raise more questions if you was not nervous. From what i understand the interview is quick and easy. Wish you best of luck

Yeah i read on the aprils forum, i really hope so!!! Our received date is apr 28, so hopefully it's coming!

Do you think the USCIS site is accurate? I saw some people here (May Filers) getting RFE's so meaning they are on May Now?

I not seen it there but it possible for the start of May. I thought i read on here they was doing april 20s already so they could be pushing a few early Mays. If you see anything update us please

If you ask about there website saying feb they update once a month from my understanding. They say up to 5 months so i go more off of here for a uptodate time line.

Something happened from what i understand that cause a huge backlog in March so everything was slowed down. In July things where getting better. From other things I seen they said once we get NOA2 it about 45 to 60 day to the end. I am getting things ready for ds 160 amd DHL said ten days to get there. So why NVC takes about 2 to 3 weeks then make interview apt I say leave 3 weeks so you can do medical then need cfo. If my understanding is right from people i have here helping me do it all. That once we get NVC numbers we can get moving.

Actually I also so a may filer that got approved on the app...and from what an April filer explained (after talking to a USCIS ppl) they dispatch all applications among them and some are faster than others to go through . thats y some ppl got their Noa2 earlier (even tho they filled up later than others). 

Besides I also saw another April filer who got the visa just 22days after Noa2. It all depends on the embassy and some other circumstances too( like if one have all documentation ready while waiting for NVC)... Anyway we should start hearing from them very soon. I'm hoping by 2weeks time... God willing

And what order would u make all the appts

Do the physical, then make appt for interview and wait,, then do the seminar thing?

 

Ive heard you can do the seminar whenever and the get the visa and get seminar finished sticker(?) at the the airport
