Can be done but username and reason would be left blank I suppose. Maybe put the WAC number instead of their username?

The problem with replacing the VJ member name is if someone wanted to contact you to ask for input you could not track them with WAC. It is not a problem to just create a WAC column however.

I made a table of the RFE approvals from @Shoegum 's scan today https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1hJA_5Lqd5IpSv7UJAnhnFPrIZjZFC_wrsc-84DS28DM/edit?usp=sharing

Anyone who got their RFE please don't forget to fill out the RFE list in my signature. Also, just a thought and I don't mean to be discouraging, but from what I've observed if they're 'dancing' around your case way too much you COULD be getting an RFE. Hope this helps someone.

Also I'm sorry if there are any mistakes in the table.

Oh sorry, you meant just the approval!!!

I think your file will work very well if you keep updating it every day or scan... to give an idea to who is left over.

Yeah I will try to update it every day, but I think it should stay a separate file because the scans are in order and the RFE list isn't. And that one is solely for May approvals actually.

Okay everyone! I would appreciate your help!! I got my RFE today saying I need to show more proof that we met in person and that what I submitted basically wasn't good enought.I was told that

a) The admission stamps, by themselves, does not indicate that you and the beneficiary met in person during the two-year period;

b) The travel intinerary, by itself, does not indicate that you and the beneficiary met in person during the two-year period; and

c) The photo does not indicate whenyou and the beneficiary met in person

If anyone else had this problem what did you do different? Is there a way you can time stamp a photo or allow that for a photo so they can see the date and time?

I am allowed to submit for more evidence:

-A written statement from you or the beneficiary stating that you have met in person and containing details of the date and circumstances of the meeting.

-Copies of airline ticket stubs and reciepts (that indicate month, day, and year)

-Photos of you and the beneficiary together

etc.

Any recommendations on what would be best? I have lots of photos of us together and maybe I can go in somehow and time stamp them to show the date. Also, how can I submit an airline ticket good enought to proove that we met in person?

Thank you in advance for your response!

a) and b) is technically correct but c) is great provided that you and your fiancé are in the picture together. The best way to handle this would be to send more pictures and itineraries with boarding passes matching the stamps in your passport that correspond with each other. Pictures should be of you two at different places which shows a variety throughout your relationship. A detailed written statement of the circumstances of how you two met is definitely required and should have been submitted with petition from the beginning.

Did you submit a statement detailing the date and circumstances of your meeting(s) before? Mine was very detailed, and about 12 pages long, and also included my biographical details, what our wedding plans are, and what our life will be like, i.e., where plan to live, etc.

the passport photo is required for BOTH the USC and beneficiary for proper identification and to attach to the petition. It helps when they are doing background checks they need to be able to match the photo with a person that might come up in their database(s) as a possible hit for any alleged offense. Plus, a person facial features changes over time so it is definitely needed and required.

And passport photo is a "passport style" photo. There's no difference.

Sorry, I was thinking copy of actual passport photo from passport as not needed for beneficiary.  Know someone had a RFE for copy of that for beneficiary and remember others saying the actual passport isn't required for beneficiary.  I do agree to the passport photo (or passport style photo) as that is definitely mentioned.

Maybe the other person before thought it was copy of passport photo but was really a passport style photo that was needed and read it wrong.

I included exactly those three things you have listed with the "-" with my Petition. My Beneficiary and I wrote two separate statements about our meeting together. It included dates, times, places, and names of family, friends who were with us. I included the airline ticket with the price and the temporary visa I got from the country. I also included pics of us meeting off the plane, at her home, friend's home, picnics, visits to popular places (that's important because anyone can recognize that you were there), each of those documents must be signed and dated by the Petitioner. Hope this helps.

We had to submit additional evidence as well and this is what we sent:

-My bank statements showing purchases I made (make sure if you send this that you send the entire statement with your name and account number circled).  I circled all purchases showing where they

-I contacted the airlines to send proof of used tickets because I didn't save my used boarding passes.  They sent an electronic print out to me showing that a passenger boarded under that name

-I had a friend with me on one of the trips when we first met and she wrote a letter on our behalf explaining how we met (in addition to the ones we provided)

-I also sent along the bank statements showing luggage purchases and on flight wifi purchases

-Receipts from AirBnb, hotels, airlines, etc.  We had sent all of those things already but we resent

-I have an iPhone and if you pull up a photo on the phone it shows the date/time that the photo was taken.  I then took screen shots of those photos so the date and time showed on them.  Again, all things we had done before but we resent.

-I wrote a cover sheet and explained everything in there as well.  I also included proof of meeting AFTER we applied just in case.

Good luck and feel free to PM me if you have any questions.

Guys RFE down today, they just want a passport pic from my fiance, she sent it before ,and they ask again.

On one hand, that's awesome because it easy...

  1. Photographs

You must submit one color passport-style photograph of yourself and one color passport-style photograph of the beneficiary taken within 30 days of filing this petition. The photos must have a white to off-white background, be printed on thin paper with a glossy finish, and be unmounted and unretouched.

The color passport-style photos must be 2 by 2 inches. The photos must be in color with full face, frontal view on a white to off-white background. Head height should measure 1 to 1 3/8 inches from top of hair to bottom of chin, and eye height is between 1 1/8 to 1 3/8 inches from bottom of photo. Your head must be bare unless you are wearing headwear as required by a religious denomination of which you are a member. Using a pencil or felt pen, lightly print your name and A-Number (if any) on the back of the photo.

On the other hand it kinda sucks because they asked you for something you've already sent them. They did me the same.

Please update RFE list with a "Yes" to "Already Sent With Petition?"

We got the same, since my fiancé (petitioner) it's very busy at work I made a timeline for our entire relationship, even way before the 2 years before filing.

I included pictures of us and description of sistuation, places, occasions...didn't name other people that were with us because I don't think they care.

Then he printed that out and paperclipped additional pictures, documents, boarding passes, flight tickets, cruise tickets with both our names on along with the pictures from that trip.

I even had a picture from when my nephew was born with as holding the baby in front of thr crib with his name, weight and date...but  that was just luck!

Then we attached signed statements to explain what was in the timeline with pictures.

I believe anything would work, especially if the relationship it's genuine they'll see that right away.

So try to do a good job, but  without being too worried, if it's real they'll see through ;)

(but I don't know if mine worked yet :D )
