Yes. I am. Advertising to promote the site perhaps.

Get an ad blocker for iOS. The site was unbearable before I did that.

OMG !  no RFE , no KISS OUR ASSETTS ? NO nothing? what about your case inquiry? let me be psyco and guess Nothing there either? U should call ur congressman....probably useless too BUT by us letting them ALL know ,the combined effort would go along way to somebody investigating as a whole this clearly flawed system.

What app is this? I can't see cases similar to mine on my apps :(

Unfortunately, the iPhone version doesn't have the same capabilities. :( And my company took away my Android and gave me an iPhone a few years ago. I was so sad.

Our petitions should have prorated refunds when pending more than 5 months.  $50 per day returned after 150 days. Gives them 11 days or they make no money and even pay us for our time.  Time is money they say.

Def an upvote for this.

USPS informed delivery is showing my hard copy of NOA2 being delivered today. The date I see online it is the 10th above my name and address and mailed or post marked the 13th, notice to website the 14th. So it only took them from the 8th to the tenth to process the inquiry and approval. Now if the mail from California to NC runs that fast then it should run that fast to the NVC right? Not holding my breath though on that one,.

I gave the attorney some of the end of the month case numbers to use as proof that there were cases beyond mine being approved. Thanks to @Shoegum scans, I don't know if it helped or not, magic wand special phrases to get to tier 2 don't know, Happy now but still frustrated that it took this long.  Wishing mass approvals for those still waiting May 15th and lower, and good luck to those coming afterwards.

Total Awesome-ness!

Hello!  My noa1 is May 11 and RFE on Nov 7th.  How long does it usually take to get the letter from them by mail?  On the case tracker it says " On Nov 7th we mailed you a RFE"

I did everything to figure that out, nobody could tell me. On Live Chat they told me the day that the site shows it's the day when the mail was actually sent.

I finally got RFE in mailbox 7 days later. I'm May11th too and My RFE was on Nov 3rd.

I suggest to use informed delivery, so for a few days you are obsessed at least with something that looks different.

Just a reminder to anyone who got an RFE, please fill this out https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1QZLEE9OecLgkFXzE_ChRWqPGW4breSStBXafL2zbGhA/edit#gid=2061710905 , it helps all of us who got RFE:jest:

Wow, what a surprise.  The tracker still has us as "received."  I checked the mail, tonight, and I had a sweet approval letter waiting for me.  I was a May 25th person with my case number being 1790342095. Can you guys tell me what comes next?  The letter mentions something about waiting 30 days for my pack to be sent to an embassy, then obtaining a new NVC case number.  When do I turn in financial documents proving that I meet the income standard?  When can my fiancee schedule an appointment for vaccinations and medical exam?  Can it be a self-selected, private doctor or does it have to be a government approved clinic?  Do I have to interview with anyone, in the US, or just her?  (Russia)

GREAT!! Congratulations.

Morning May Filers (and June, July, September and October Filers :))

Congrats to all those that been approved. Please don't forget to update your timelines!!!

Day 178....informed delivery just showed me my daily junk mail for the day. :(

Was hoping that at most my fiancé and I would fly back together by January 7th (January 6th is my birthday and planned on breaking in our 2nd New Years together and staying all the way through my Birthday like last year). But now with today being Thursday, just a week away from Thanksgiving (which makes next week a short work week for USCIS) - things are looking like maybe MLK weekend he will be here. For every week with no approval is a week taken away. Sad part of this whole ordeal is that the 2nd part of this process moves SUPER FAST, as JA Embassy as interview appointments available every day all day and he could schedule his medical exam QUICK! Literally, 30-40 days left after the NOA2....just one problem.....I NEED OUR NOA2!!!!!!!

I've kicked myself in my behind every day for not just doing the spousal visa. Yes, I would still be waiting, but that wait would be easier because I would have been prepared for that long wait. But as @Maria1989 said earlier in her post, to pay the extra $200 in the fee amount, it's like the more the expensive this process has gotten, the more slower USCIS got. December will make 7 months and IF he gets here in January that would be 8 months. For all of that, I could have done another 5-6 months paying the cheaper way and having all his documents upfront than go through this. At least, I would have had my beautiful destination wedding that we were initially planning to do. But now, we will be spending another Thanksgiving apart.

Either way, I will be using my last week of vacation to spend the last week of this year in Jamaica and then the first week of January with him. I'm gonna need to those 2 weeks away from our US government and country. But still praying that somewhere in all of this when I return home, he will be sitting next to me!!!

Sorry...needed to vent real quick. This time last year was hard for us so this waiting just brings up sad, depressing feelings of anxiety for me! Okay, I'm getting off my soapbox now!!!!

Good luck to the rest of us that are waiting for this torture to end!

I'm hoping your NOA-2 is already in the mail, like ours was. :-)
