Hi @MarkbK1 and @Kirin2002

Thanks to both of you the other day, I used Google hangout from my MacBook Google chrome browser and worked perfectly!

Just to share you from Japan to US (not all but most places) seems to be free and calling to NVC was free too😊

However after waiting for 10 min, I shared my USCIS case number and asked for NVC case number but they only repeatedly tell me that "it will take 6 weeks to send package and on that timing you will know NVC case number" 😭😭😭.

I said again I only want new NVC case number first but they said it'll take 6 weeks...I felt like they are just following on the manuals of the call center. FYI - I'm Nov 7th NOA2 and I understand it's early but 6 weeks...!?

Do you know are there better call center staffs in NVC?

Also I selected #2 from the call options for NVC but what is most appropriate from #1-7 on the calling menu?

if you know something plz let me know.

I called today and same response. Also they told me "can you check what does it a say in your NOA2 letter?" But I had to tell them that it is my fiancé who had the NOA2. 18 days since NOA2 I want the nvc number!!

Right now I am close to tears...my petition is 339653. So far these numbers were approved 339649, 339654, 339655. It's like the more I want the NOA2 the farther it gets 😖

Hi all.

Got a letter of intent to deny after 225 days. Currently completing all information. What are the chances of this leading to a NOA2 or leading to a denial?

Really anxious.

What would be the reason they want to deny it? You need to submit documents to overcome the reason they want to deny....
