I'm losing hope, still over 200 May 22nd filers left untouched..don't believe I'll hear anything by the end of this month, they will probably just start june filers and leave us to wait like they did to rest of April filers. Feeling so sad today 😞

@Shoegum and everyone :)

So before I go to bed I wanted to update you all.

This is how so far the numbers look..

Other than these add around a 15% for "never been updated but got my hard copy haha joke is on you" cases

Please oh Please one more day of 200+, just to know this didn't happen because of that horrible monday we had...

Amazing work thank you. I'm pretty sure we can account at least 100 cases on 11/13 on the day their servers were broken.

We finally got our NVC number today!!! Day 28 since NOA2!!!

Yayyy! I am so happy for you. Did you have to call them and find out?

Also, did you finish the DS-160? Is a digital photo required for that, as I am about to start it. And what is the difference between a passport/document number and the passport book number?

Thank you!

Hello guys,

Question - For the DS-160, I know they require the last 5 visits to the USA. Would flying to another country and being in transit twice in the USA be counted as a "visit" or is it the last 5 times I went there for personal reasons?

Thanks :)

That's serious. You two need to have a talk.

Hangouts and google voice are the same thing ;) When you go to voice.google.com and place a phone call , another windows opens (hangouts).

Hi @MarkbK1 and @Kirin2002

Thanks to both of you the other day, I used Google hangout from my MacBook Google chrome browser and worked perfectly!

Just to share you from Japan to US (not all but most places) seems to be free and calling to NVC was free too😊

However after waiting for 10 min, I shared my USCIS case number and asked for NVC case number but they only repeatedly tell me that "it will take 6 weeks to send package and on that timing you will know NVC case number" 😭😭😭.

I said again I only want new NVC case number first but they said it'll take 6 weeks...I felt like they are just following on the manuals of the call center. FYI - I'm Nov 7th NOA2 and I understand it's early but 6 weeks...!?

Do you know are there better call center staffs in NVC?

Also I selected #2 from the call options for NVC but what is most appropriate from #1-7 on the calling menu?

if you know something plz let me know.
