I went through quite a few cases with RFEs in October and almost all of them haven't been approved yet unless everyone is secretly getting NOA2 without updates :crying: What the hell are they doing at USCIS...

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

The NVC issues a number that is tied to the embassy where the interview will be.  For the Philippines it is an MNL#.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

Yes.  The NVC assigns the new number about 4 to 6 weeks after NOA2

Agreed. I called, was told I could not be transferred to Tier 2 for 30 days (since I filed an inquiry), I asked to speak with a supervisor and she told me it was because of call volume.
