I am only an expert on my experience:

I would say the two to three weeks is accurate. I got my approval 11 days after it was received by USCIS (and this included a holiday). If you have the USCIS tracker app you can scan around your case and see if there are other RFEs near your case. It is likely the same officer is looking at them. You can infer when you will get your approval through this. I followed five cases that had the response to the RFE received around my date (2-11 days after my response was received). I followed all of these on the app and saw them all get approved before mine. Super disappointing however this was only because my case was never updated on the tracker for the approval notice even though I got updates all along the way (received, RFE, response to RFE received, etc). To this day my case still says "response to USCIS' Request for Additional Evidence Received." I had actually gotten my approval before these cases.

Otherwise @Shoegum gave pretty excellent advice per usual!

Omg, that's actually so clever, I didn't even think of looking at people around me :D I'll go stalk cases that got RFE around my date now. :jest:

Informed delivery will only tell you what mail you are getting today, it will not give you any significant advantage. The informed delivery emails come in around 8:00am and the postman comes around 11:00.

Nice to know from within the house if there's mail, but unfortunately that's about it - had it for over 6 months now.

I'm kinda pissed for you. An RFE AFTER a NOA2 is a slide down a razor blade highway into a pool of alcohol. I know no one would do that on purpose (I hope) but goes to show you how much the system cares.

Ty yeah i went off on them. I told the lady ro shove her rfe i have my noa 2 your not getting back. I really wonder who is working the phones. Uscis local office said we are ok. Still was pissed to even think of that. We are getting stuff ready for medical and interview. Wish you all the best
