I think RFE's are pretty common, April had almost about same percentage of RFEs, so did Feburary. I think some people send petition with missing things and some get RFE just because the USCIS agents feel like sending one for something that is already provided.

Although keeping a google spreadsheet can be beneficial to keep track of RFE response times.

Seems to be the standard stuff then. Appreciate the insight on the earlier months as well.

I thought May got slammed with them so good to know it evens out with other months🙂

When I get my approval...trust me...you'll know! ;)

Is there a list anywhere of high risk/fraud countries?  Just trying to understand how that could impact adjudication timelines.

Keep in mind, June filers are much smarter than the May filers!!!  LOL  I'm kidding.  I think any information we can share or learn is a good thing.  If we can make one person relax and smile it would be worth an entire thread.

They're June Filers in here?!

Okay! We sent the response to our RFE like 2 minutes ago.

And now I'm going to ask the same question @Meech just wrote...

@Shoegum hope you can help us.

  • So, after they receive the RFE response, how long it usually takes them to give a response? I'm just looking for an average time I'll need to wait...a week to two weeks? A month? Is there any way to have an idea?
  • And what the response can be? Like..can they ask for another RFE in case is not good enough?
  • Is the USCIS site going to show it when they receive it?

Sorry, so many questions...I'm going crazy!!! :jest:

It would probably be more beneficial if you ask the people who actually been through it. I suggest @K+D who been through it already and received an NOA2.
