How did a NOA1 get approved so far out of order?

I see the WAC # on my letter mailed to me, does it have any significance?

I see the WAC# on this list all over the place

Thanks

I don't get it why is an noa1 dated 5/9/17 got approve when my Noa1 was received 5/5/2017?and why is the approve WAC# is way later than my WAC#?

Yes, I agree with you... my birthday is September 14th and I would love to see it by then; almost made the trip to Bangkok to see my fiancee... it is just about a year since we've seen each other... but with the dates seeming to be promising, we had to weigh the trip and work time off cost against saving the money and, hopefully, using it to bring her here in the very near future.  I am with you in the super down department... really miss her.

Yep we did they too... I left in May but with his Embassy I need to be there for his appointment, so I have to go back then, no martter what. Dakar Embassy isn't a easy one

I am not sure but is it possible for her to fly to Cebu? Its about 2 hr flight and tickets are about 50 dollars round trip. Its just a thought but maybe speed it up. I wish you all the best luck.

Thanks for the idea. I would have never thought about that! My fiancé is going crazy worrying about how to get things done in a timely manner in Manila!

Hi.

I am from India. My fiancé had filed and they received it on May 5th. We are awaiting NOA2. Has anybody received it?

They're currently working through the forms filed in April. The wait time is now about 4 months

Are you sure?  They started online scheduling a while ago and at least Manila and Pampanga dont allow walk ins

Cebu and Manila are by appointment only. Pampanga is first come first serve but their space limited. Currently it is easy to process through them rather than Cebu or Clark.  CFO also has a outreach to Davo once or twice a year. Check the website if you want to avail yourself for Davo outreach.

Yes it says on the website http://www.cfo.gov.ph/rnr-pdos.html if you scroll through the list when you come to cebu city it says no reservation first come first serve basis. My cousins wife is from there told me for them once they get visa they take it there and do the class. She said she got in line about 6 am.

I hope this clears up some of the misinformation on CFO requirements.

We wish to inform you that the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) operates from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please be advised that all Filipinos leaving the country as emigrants or spouses and other partners of foreign nationals are required to register with the CFO and attend the Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS), the Peer Counseling or the Guidance and Counseling Program (GCP), which ever applies depending on your visa. These seminars normally last for 2-3 hours.

The PDOS is required for family-based, company-sponsored, and independent class emigrants while the Peer Counseling is for emigrants ages 13-19. The attendance in the CFO’s PDOS and Peer Counseling in Manila and Cebu is done on online registration. Click this website http://www.cfo.gov.ph/rnr-pdos.html for you to have an online appointment/reservation.

The GCP is required for fiancé or spouse of foreign national, dual citizen or former Filipino citizen. The attendance in the CFO’s GCP in Manila and Cebu is done on online registration. Click this website http://www.cfo.gov.ph/gcp.html for you to have an online appointment/reservation.

If you are a visa holder with a category of K1, CR1 or IR1, you are required to attend the Guidance and Counseling Program (GCP), if none of these three is your visa category, then you are required to attend the Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS).

The first come first serve for CEBU CFP is "old" and the website hasn't be updated. Here is the new information.

CFO-CEBU Implements On-Line Appointment System for Guidance and Counseling Program (GCP) for Filipino Fiance’ (e)s /Spouses /Partners of Foreign Nationals or Former Filipino Citizens

Those dates and transactions do not affect your visa process. Just keep pointing forward and you will get through this.  May I suggest that you begin looking over the required documents and processes for USEM. I'll give you a couple of good links that will make your process a little easier.

and the Embassy letter better know as Packet 3 which never comes for those in the Philippines. Mail service there sucks.
