We are one of the cases that received the RFE yesterday (11/13/17)-DAY 196- via a response to an inquiry we sent to CSC.

 

We updated our timeline on VJ..

 

*There has been no update on USCIS website.

 

May 1st- I129f Received

May 3rd-NOA1

November 13- RFE

Im flying this evening to visit my fiancée in Colombia. It's unfortunate we didn't get a case number yet, it's been 23 days and we'll probably receive it right at the 6-week mark

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

Thank you for the update hopefully it will be a quick rfe, most likely misssed check box or asking for on going relationship or met in person evidence.

 

this confirms they worked yesterday and any cases approved or rfe on11/13 won't show status online. We were expecting mad loads of approvals yesterday.

Oh sorry to hear that, now average of recieving NVC number is 6 weeks or is that kind of the final timing?

 

I got NOA1 May 15th, NOA 2 Nov 7th and worried when we get the new number at NVC too😧

my fiance just called nvc .. after 25 minutes waiting , they told that they have not received our case yet..it takes upto 6 weeeks..:mellow:sometimes they do their work very fast. now very slow..-_-

I called today too, my first time being able to be recognised as an actual human in this process (I am the beneficiary so have not been allowed to call as of yet)...my optimistic first call bubble burst with the same response! Case number not recognised because it's apparently still with USCIS, I intend to call back tomorrow and start channeling some Adele!!

I happen to know who got the approval for May 15th just can't divulge who until that person has given the beneficiary notice first. :whistle:
