Awwww! How sweet is that!

Though I am not certain what happened to you, I completely understand how you feel - as I felt the same way before, maybe I still will from time to time. Waiting for the visa is excruciating, for sure. However, as he proposed to you, he is committed to you! Don't worry! Find something else to do rather than focus on him all the time, love yourself, and do anything you would like to do by youself!

Happy for ya xxx

Awwwww, thank you so much for your support and sweet word! I really appreciate it.

My fiance got a call back just now from them, and all they said is that it is still in normal processing time.Grrrr this is really going out of the control, they are so unprofessional with this. That can't even be called customer service. And trying to explain to friends and family how this goes, they just keep saying oh will you ever get news.Even my little sister was like that all sounds like a fraud lol.

Hello fellow May filers.

I have once concern , hope you guys could help me.

i worked in Dubai for 6 years.I just left in Sept 2017 to process the visa in PHilippines. My question is will I be required to submit the UAE police clearance on the day of my interview ?ive read a bunch of articles saying that it's waived, and a ton say required.im very confused.hope someone can enlighten me.

Hello, print this page for your interview. If you are not in the UAE anymore, police clearance is waived.

Police certs are required for any country that you lived in for more than 6 months after the age of 16.

They have to check on this link https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/fees/reciprocity-by-country.html if there is a need for a police clearance.

Most of the Middle East will not give a police clearance if you aren't living there anymore and the US embassies are aware of it.

This was my concern too. However,  Rapid Visa told me,  there's no need to get a police clearance.

of course. I have some good news to share; I just talked to the NVC and they said that our i129 fiancé petitions are considered bona fide, therefore we are exempt from the ban for now. They also said that this will not cause any delays as of now.

I don't think this will change since the Supreme Court has already said that they cannot exclude those of us with a bona fide relationship.

man, i was sweating there a minute. Geez!
