We did most of this with the application and I'll pedantically include everything again plus a few fiddly bits they suggest.

they did this with me too. stuff i submitted, they asked for again. glad to know i'm not alone!

 

ii thought about this for a while yesterday, and i'm guessing they want us to re-submit some stuff so they don't have to go back to our initial application and find stuff....it's already there in our RFE submission.

Please take for example May 3rd, there were 7 cases left, and one of them got an RFE today, no others got touched. So 46 got approved, 20pending RFE's, and now add one more for today. By what logic would you go to make a claim that some agent went to May 3rd batch, picked only one and RFE'd it? Why not all remaining 7 for that day instead of all of those on the 15th? That agent would be "super agent", since he/she cleared one entire day in May all by him/her self, if that was rewarded. Correct? I again advise all who didn't read the USCIS agent's interview to do so, so you can know how their work gets graded.

 

Also, yesterday we had two VJ members who admitted that they did not do anything at their own job, other than hanging out here and calling USCIS due to September 1st mistake, and than same members suggested to have USCIS person fired for mistake. Meanwhile they didn't go to their own boss and said "hey, I didn't do any work today, I was on this forum getting information about my case, and I also called USCIS, and I also cried a little, sooooo, I don't know if I should get paid for today, or if I should get fired". Guys please get hold of yourselves, it will be soon over, we will soon be happy, so use this as a good test of your own person.

I know I'm late to today's party but I was one of the members that said I got nothing done and dealt with USCIS and etc. I'm hoping you weren't throwing any shade or insult my way, right @The Squirrel? You were just using this to prove a point right?

 

Because with you being my USCIS Approval Predictor with your magic crystal ball, I would hate to think you trying to be shady?

Same thing for me also, May 15  filer, received my RFE Oct 31 they asked for everything we already sent! So I re sent everything again plus some extra. Pretty sure we all will be approved. Keep the faith!

This is like Saturday Nov 4 when they processed a bunch of RFEs. The following Monday they rocked. I wonder if a few junior staff members came in and got things ready to be signed off.

Lol I’m #2. I Said I didn’t do squat at work but considering im a doctor that’s almost impossible. Patients won’t see themselves! So   ain’t no thang- shade away my friend. I appreciate the perspective!  And I appreciate you all for being such a great support!

Yeah we was approved 10/31 never updated just got our NOA2 in the mail on Nov 8th and NVC said we should have our numbers next week. App still says we are pending but i gave up on it since we have NOA 2 in hand.

They really want us to go over how we met. We are not sure how to quote 6 year old web posts if we even find them.

i work more on these updates than my work... but to be honest it's a huge Japanese company so basically working equals to looking like you're working 😂

 

But it I don't think USCIS is doing nothing, I'm angry at the tier 1 level system. At least give them info better not just a website we can also find. So many people calling them for days saying hello is there a problem and them saying noooo it's normal jumping from April to September. Now for me this is not ok 😒

Has anyone on this forum been able to visit their fiance(e) in the US on an ESTA during this process? Our lawyer said my fiancé could not. I've seen people (I think on this forum) who have been denied entry. So I find it so painful when people (usually from previous years), post about how their fiancé visited multiple times on an ESTA while their K-1 was processing.

 

I think this week has been particularly hard on those of us how had hoped our fiancés would be here by Christmas (and for us, all our anger at our lawyer for sending the wrong fee and setting us back 5 weeks has come up again). So seeing all those April filers (we initially filed at the beginning of April) at their POEs or even getting married also adds to the pain.

 

But I'm grateful for the support here - and for the humor!
