Hello May filers. I have a question. While we were prepering to send the documents for our application we got help from a guy who was supposed to make sure we got all the documents in place and we send them, and we received out NOA1 May 16. I didn't know about this forum then, and now while i was reading I noticed that we didn't sent copy of every page of our passports and I am affraid we may get RFE and make the process even longer than already is. Do you know if there is any way I can send those passport pages now?

https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf

If you did not send a birth certificate then every page of the passport would be required.

The passport is used for 2 things

1.) proof of US Citizenship

2.) evidence of in person meeting

No way to send anything in now you will have to wait for RFE if any.

Hopefully what you sent will be good enough

Hang in there.

Steven

We sent flight tickets, pictures with location where were taken as well as the time when were taken, first and second passport pages together with pages with visas (for  beneficiary) and birth certificate. We had stamps on the passport from couple countries we travel together but I sent pictures from those places.

I am getting very worried that this long waiting may get even longer :(

I hope they find everything we sent good enough

Thank you for your answer :)

Hi all:

has anyone else notices how the USCIS posted processing time on their website has jumped around? As each day goes on, I review the processing timeline on the USCIS website. in late july, the data regarding all visas being processed by the California Service Center (CSC) had a 'Last Updated' date of April 30, 2017. On this date, the CSC was processing applications received on January 15, 2017. This past weekend,  the website  changed. The 'Last Updated' category read the date May 31, 2017, and the new data for the I-129F visa claimed to be processing applications on February 15, 2017. now, the site still stated May 31, 2017, the date for the processing of I-129F applications for K-1 visas but now reads January 1, 2017.

I'm extremely confused as to what is happening in the California Service Center. Clearly, this website is not kept up to date, but is it possible that dates can jump around so much like this?Has anyone else noticed this?

I seen this myself and still can not figure it out

OMG!!! This is getting crazy. Every day for weeks I see that they push the timeline back 1 or 2 days. I remember when we were excited for August but now the timeline has moved closer to the end of September. We received NOA1 May 15 and now the timeline has NOA2 at Sept. 19 to 25th....yesterday, it was Sept. 17 to 24th....(BTW, I am referring to the timeline on this site). Sorry if I sound whiny, but I just had to vent a bit....hang in there folks, we have no option but to wait.

All we can do  is be here here for each other. This is nothing short of test of patince. I am a day behind you  and hope by end of sept to be on to next step. Many people told me after the NOA2 we have. About 60 days

Tengamos fe.

May will not be started until late August early September for NOA2.

At the rate they are going i'm worried they wont even start May until September 8

Although I  would not mind if they skipped the rest of April and went straight to May. Am I right, May filers?

Awwww... I can't wish any ill-will to those who filed before us; just hope that they can speed up the pace a bit...

I hope so....In the Philippines, there is 45 days from NOA2 to interview. My timeline reset again today...one more day added....a day everyday for the last two weeks....(on Average) :)
