Good luck! Hopefully you have better luck in getting answers. I didn’t want to push too much since I know none of the cases around me have been touched and theres people way ahead of me who deserve to Be approved first (you and all the early may filers) lol

I hope this coming Monday they load up with the approvals like they did coming off their last holiday. It is going to be a long weekend for a lot of us still waiting.

Okay guys....I got my call back and I have to tell you that whoever that girl was I spoke to earlier at the Tier 2 level needs to be FIRED.....

 

My case HAS NOT BEEN transferred to the Philly local field office and the Tier 2 rep I spoke with even told me that he could see that my our background checks have recently come back cleared and all is good there. So right now I'm just waiting for an adjudicator to get to my case to approve it. He apologized to me like 100 times because he could hear the horror in my voice after I told him what I was told earlier. He said that he could see that she did put the service ticket in to go to the Philly office but that it's gonna get rejected because my case is not there. He said that the service ticket will not delay or move my case from where it is because it's a K1 visa and it stays at the CSC center.

 

He did say that they just updated their processing times so at this point I can receive my NOA2 any day now but if I don't receive it by the end of this month that's when I am to call back for to put in an inquiry, although since he doesn't see that I will be getting an RFE that it shouldn't take that long to get my approval.

 

I tell you.....these last 4-5 hours, I have gotten NOTHING done at work, I've cried by 4 times today, and didn't eat any lunch because I lost my appetite. All because she gave me the incorrect information. 

 

USCIS has no clue what emotional state they put us in with this process. But anyway...here's my update!!!!!

So glad for you! I totally forgot to ask about my background checks and stuff. Ooops. Maybe when I hit day 170 I’ll call again. It gives me anxiety to call them. But glad you got everything sorted out and hopefully next week will Be your turn!

I think after I started crying on the phone is when he provided me the information about the background checks willingly.

Your petitioner can simply put in for a notice to withdrawal the petition.

 

if he/she doesn’t, the beneficiary simply doesn’t follow through after the NOA2 and your time frame runs out and the application is denied.

 

best to withdraw.

There were two approved just recently which I saw on my app...

not much else going on though
