Yeah! Congrats on the NOA2. Just noticed it myself. Around 4 months w/o RFE...that's encouraging.

Thank you! :)

That seems to be the new trend right now, though still people waiting longer  Hoping they pick up the pace for everyone still waiting.

Hello May filers. I have a question. While we were prepering to send the documents for our application we got help from a guy who was supposed to make sure we got all the documents in place and we send them, and we received out NOA1 May 16. I didn't know about this forum then, and now while i was reading I noticed that we didn't sent copy of every page of our passports and I am affraid we may get RFE and make the process even longer than already is. Do you know if there is any way I can send those passport pages now?

I don't think you need to all of the pages. Biopage (yes) but not all passport pages, plus if you're the petitioner you can either include a copy of your birthcerth or Passpot biopage to prove citizenship. Dont worry too much! We didn't send all my fiancé passport pages too. Just the front and second page I think and the ones with a stamp. Plus a birthcerth thats all :)

We didn't send the pages with stamps and there is where I think we may have problem. But your email cheer me up a litle, so hopefully everything will go well and without additional prologation. Thank you a lot :)

Hey! U shouldnt worry about this... We added the page with the stamps just as additional proofs that he visited me and when we called the USCIS to check and see if anything was missing (after 3months waiting) they said nothing is(they checked) :). So if u added the front page plus other proofs(tickets, pic..) Its gonna be alright ;)

Yes we added a lot of pictures, flight tickets and the pages from passport with visas, just not the stamps. Thank you very much :)

That is enough! You are good to go! I dont see any signs of getting RFE! But I do see a sign of approval! 😊 For you and for all of us waiting! We will get it! My noa is 04/17 hehe

I see that we have pretty much the same timeline.

To be honest, sep 9 or 13 is great to me! lol the way things are, if I get it by then would be amazing.. But everyday going back and back makes me super down :s

Yes, I agree with you... my birthday is September 14th and I would love to see it by then; almost made the trip to Bangkok to see my fiancee... it is just about a year since we've seen each other... but with the dates seeming to be promising, we had to weigh the trip and work time off cost against saving the money and, hopefully, using it to bring her here in the very near future.  I am with you in the super down department... really miss her.

Aww I'm sorry to hear about the long separation. I lived in the US and then came back to Brazil in 2015, only got to see my fiance on feb this year :( a year and a half later.. It feels horrible I know.. But the only thing that makes me really happy is to know that there won't be a goodbye next time! *-*

Keep that in mind, it helps!

Our goal is Thanksgiving, I really hope to be there by then.. seems possible but we never know whats gonna happen with UCSIS
