Did you track it? When did it reach the PO Box?

It was our attorney that sent it but they did not give my fiance a tracking number. I believe it should be there by now because the hard copy RFE took only 4 days to arrive. It's more about the time it takes for USCIS to even review the RFE response. They asked us for things we'd already provided before :jest:

You know you can put me on the list. May 23rd still waiting and frantic at this point.

You are already on the list - however you can add your case number in there if you want :) https://etherpad.net/p/May_I-129F_Pending

Also don't worry I believe the representative gave you wrong information. look at the following PDF scan from last night how many cases around yours will still be untouched.

Well I'm waiting on a call back from them now. Because based on your last post you shared about case transfers, if they did supposedly transfer my case to a local office or anywhere for that matter I would have received a notification just like others have that I see in the USCIS tracker. Any time a case is touched it has be scanned in so if they supposedly transferred it, I would have received notification long before me having to call them.

But I will see what they say on this call whenever they call me back.

ROC Filing:

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken

Same here. They asked for nfo already provided in the Petition. The RFE hit the PO Box on 10/25 but it took USCIS 7 days to change the status to Received. Now it's been 8 days since that status change.

So they’re didn’t tell me that the date is incorrect- sorry for the confusion! he told me the response to my inquiry stating I’m in normal processing times Is incorrect. I asked to speak to a teir 2 and he said they’ll most likely have the same information but I said I’d like to try anyway and he transferred me through. Waiting for a call back now.

I cant even submit another inquiry for 30 days. Hoping to be approved by then anyway. But just want to poke at it and see what they say
