I know. 😊

What i I meant was about the meaning of that date. Correct or not as long as it is written there it doesn't mean cases up to September 1, it means the earliest case is that.

So so I understand you, and they may as well made a mistake. But the meaning of that is different than the interpretation. That's what I meant.

But it right now when people call they are getting replies as you are out of the processing times. This gives the legal right to take action.

And you're absolutely right. However, in a production environment, this is what they do to cover themselves.

ROC Filing:

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken

Everyone should be taking advantage of the September 2017 date change and call USCIS for an inquiry and possible expedite request. I just called this morning and they put in both for me, and gave me a tracking number for each. Everyone before September 1st is considered out of normal processing times according to the agent I talked to.

Good morning everybody!

I really dont understand what is going on with them, my fiancé called some minutes ago, and asked about our case, and the girl took our informations and said that he will receive a called in 15 days to let him know what happened with our case because they worked may cases already and now they are working on September cases.

So, is there a posibility that they have worked May, June, July and August cases and haven't updated in their page? or is it just  those people that work in their service center don't know what they are talking about?

They are saying that because that's what you find in the internet site if you look at the timing page!!!

TOday I noticed they say on September 30th they were processing September 1st, which it sounds impossible since my NOA1 was May 11th and I got RFE on November 3rd!!!

INSANE!

Well, I did what I said I was gonna wait to do. I called USCIS!!!

Currently waiting for a callback from Tier 2 within 65 minutes. The first level customer service rep was very nicely and extremely understand and didn't have a problem with sending me to Tier 2. She even apologized to me for my case not being processed as of yet. So, we will see what happens in 65 minutes.

I recommend telling them that your case is how ever many days pending (mine is 171 days) and I told her with the holiday tomorrow by the time Monday gets here I will be at 175 which is 5 days from being 6 months of waiting but the chart says you are supposedly processing September 1st cases. She immediately transferred me so I can set up a call back.

In the meantime, I think I'm gonna reach out to my State Congress/Senate office just to test out this theory everyone has done and see what happens!

Soool can someone wake me up in 66 minutes???

too much action going on I can't sleep 😂

I think one of us should call and say we are like a 1000 people waiting. So if they can give us a legit answer they may actually save themselves from 1000 different calls...
