Hey folks!

My fiancé called the USCIS today... And they said we have 3months wait..Our noa1 is may 5th. They said they are processing on February 1st. We don't understand anymore. Yesterday I saw on the forum some april filers who got their noa2(last I saw was april10).. And today the USCIS App sent me a notification saying as similar case of om April 6 has been approved. So now what's going on? Did they lie to us? :(

Well yes and no. It is true that you have to wait 3 more months before they are required to respond to any case inquiry but it is unlikely your case will not be approved before 3 months is up unless you get an RFE or some major issue comes up. We have similar NOA 1 date so I'm not expecting anything before Sept 30th. If it comes before that then good for us all.

Hang in there.

My fellow May filers, hang in there a little longer. There's frequent movement in April and right now an April 14th case was approved so next month will be OUR MONTH!!

All of this will be worth it in the end!!! We're almost there, I can feel it!!!! :D

Exactly!!! This is the truth!! keep the faith my fellow petitioners!!💪💪

Use the app. USCIS CASE STATUS. This is the name for androids. Its screen is red. Im pretty sure you can find it super fast. Also if u are using iphone, there are similar apps that might even provide more info. You can search and track some WAC numbers, you receive everytime someone receives an RFE or an approval as well.. Plus some other features.

Here is a screen shot of the android version.

Good luck

I have downloaded the app, is this from Spinach Mobile LLC? Another question, how do I get a real time update like shown above? When I press the similar updates button, all I can see are pie graphs.

No, not always the 15th. It had updated to February 1st last week's around the 9th I think it was. They did the same thing in July, when it updated to February 15th and then back to January 1st in barely a week, I think it was the 19th.

And before that they used to updated by the end of the month, so pretty inconsistent

Yeah! Congrats on the NOA2. Just noticed it myself. Around 4 months w/o RFE...that's encouraging.
