yeah, may 15 here and i dont see how hes going to get  approval in manila and visa in hand b4 Christmas when we are still waiting for NOA2....u think thats still possible to get the visa b4 Christmas at this late stage?

We stopped trying to plan on anything before Christmas once we hit October with no movement of the process. Mostly because we want our wedding ceremony outdoors, and this coming Saturday (Nov 11th) is the last feasible date for us, our venue/hosts, our photographer, and before our respective birthdays (11/14 and 12/4). We're probably going to do a civil ceremony when he comes here (in Feb or early March), and then a family & friends wedding in the spring, when it's warmer and flights are much cheaper.

so, it's not impossible that you'd get through the whole process before Christmas. I wish you luck. I just can't handle the pressure of a last-minute wedding though, I need a few months haha.

I still have hope for Christmas, Ukraine has a 2 day schedule window, so possible just got to leave May 15 behind me soon. I think definitely by the Ukrainian Christmas since that is in January. I hope. ...

may i have the number you called  plz.

I'm praying for us all

It's what I was hoping for too.

I'd say if no approval by end of next week, then likely not but might have a slim chance.  Their wait to medical and consulate isn't long right now.

Hi Guys,

HELP!! I got my RFE letter in the mail today. I basically forgot to answer a question (FML!!!)

The 3 page RFE package includes the page from my application with the missed question number circled in Red.

Instructions: "Complete the item(s) circled in red on the attached copy of the petition and return with your signature and date."

Now, my question is where do I sign and date on the page? At the bottom of the page? There is no space available next to the question. Also is it as simple as mailing this 3 page package back in the provided envelope?

Did you receive the hard copy before your online status got updated!? I am sorry to bother you I just cannot open your timeline page...

Don’t trust the website updates!! It’s totally broken!!

Hopefully we will get the hard copy of the NOA2 soon even though it is not showed in the website updates. But, it is weird since there is no approval for May 17 for few days.
