OMG!!! This is getting crazy. Every day for weeks I see that they push the timeline back 1 or 2 days. I remember when we were excited for August but now the timeline has moved closer to the end of September. We received NOA1 May 15 and now the timeline has NOA2 at Sept. 19 to 25th....yesterday, it was Sept. 17 to 24th....(BTW, I am referring to the timeline on this site). Sorry if I sound whiny, but I just had to vent a bit....hang in there folks, we have no option but to wait.

In the same boat your in. Same dates, I feel your pains. It was up a day then back a day then up two days the day after. Very frustrating and not being able to really have a clue to when to plan for. I mean how can you plan a wedding ahead of time if the normal processing times that were in place now have almost doubled. I would hope in September now, hoping for October and wondering if this year at all. Give it a few more months past that and it would have been quicker to just do the K3 route. Just doesn't make sense and doesn't look like there is no end to the waiting or ability to catch up. Wished I had filed sooner but glad I did not file any later. Okay I have had my vent also. Still waiting for that next wave to come.

Hey folks!

My fiancé called the USCIS today... And they said we have 3months wait..Our noa1 is may 5th. They said they are processing on February 1st. We don't understand anymore. Yesterday I saw on the forum some april filers who got their noa2(last I saw was april10).. And today the USCIS App sent me a notification saying as similar case of om April 6 has been approved. So now what's going on? Did they lie to us? :(

Oh, so processing times went back to February 1st after yesterday's small hiccup :o Good :)

They just tell you whatever their official chart for processing times show at the moment, but yeah, you are right, they are around second week of April received date right now and speeding the pace compared to a couple of weeks ago :)

No guys... Don't even look at the USCIS processing time! It is not correct at all.. In fact, sometimes I feel they go back to jan 1st just to mess with us lol..

The current processing dates are the first 10 days of April.

It flipped back to February 2017 again. I think you are correct so I am done looking at it. How do you track your petition?

"Do not worry about anything, but in everything, by prayer and

petition, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God, that is superior to every frame of mind, shall be garrisoning your hearts and your apprehensions in Christ Jesus."

Use the app. USCIS CASE STATUS. This is the name for androids. Its screen is red. Im pretty sure you can find it super fast. Also if u are using iphone, there are similar apps that might even provide more info. You can search and track some WAC numbers, you receive everytime someone receives an RFE or an approval as well.. Plus some other features.

Here is a screen shot of the android version.

Good luck

My fellow May filers, hang in there a little longer. There's frequent movement in April and right now an April 14th case was approved so next month will be OUR MONTH!!

All of this will be worth it in the end!!! We're almost there, I can feel it!!!! :D
