That makes me happy and sad at the same time.Happy because we are "only" 8 days away from 170....and sad...well i think you already know the feeling.I dont want to wait another 8 day so i can be able to ask a question and recive an actual reliable answer.

The email said I'd get a response to it within 30 days.. I sure hope it's sooner than 30 days.

Hello. We just got approved after 169 days. May 22nd received date. However, I put wrong house number on our 129-f. Just the house number. What should I do to update it? Or can I just leave it as is.

Congratulations!!!  :)

We've just submitted a formal request to USCIS as our case is 168 days since NOA1. The website advised they will reply by 30th November.

I do not want to hit 180 days. I'm getting sick of everyone at work asking me when I'm leaving and if my visa has processed yet. They don't understand how much goes into this... people outside of this situation are so naive to how long it takes!!

NOA1: 24 May 2017

No RFEs
NOA2: 09 September 2017
K1 received : 23 March 2018 :D

Next Step: Flight booked for 15 April 2018 - POE Washington Dulles

HI, Mayers! I wanted to ask if anyone used the case inquiry form?

https://egov.uscis.gov/e-Request/Intro.do

we plan to tonight or tomorrow, cause 168 days is already more than the average processing term they claim (150).

Have just submitted ours.

Will let you know the outcome

Same here.  I get asked all the time too.

My representative here didn't get an answer any better than the website of (April processing August 31).  Told me to wait to contact her again till after the 180 day mark.  There's too many RFEs going out lately.  That will only make more backlog because have to touch the case a second time for each one.

Trust me when I tell you I feel your frustration, but in my honest opinion, I don't think you are gonna hit 180 days. I just looked at your timeline and you & I are in the same area right now. Plus they are reviewing cases around us that have the same received and notice dates. I honestly believe you  might hear something by tomorrow, definitely by Monday. And I'm not saying this just to put you at ease - just because of the trend of how these cases are being reviewed AND you come from a low-risk country (unlike myself my fiancé is in a high-risk country).

It's coming...I can feel it!

I hope mine will come by today or tomorrow too! :( Since this Friday is the Veteran's day. If not, we will be hit 180 days.

Trust me when I tell you I feel your frustration, but in my honest opinion, I don't think you are gonna hit 180 days. I just looked at your timeline and you & I are in the same area right now. Plus they are reviewing cases around us that have the same received and notice dates. I honestly believe you  might here something by tomorrow, definitely by Monday. And I'm not saying this just to put you at ease - just because of the trend of how these cases are being reviewed AND you come from a low-risk country (unlike myself my fiancé is in a high-risk country).

It's coming...I can feel it!

@LucyDolly echo these words, it's coming!!

We submitted a general enquiry and it took them 3 weeks to get a letter to us with the standard "within normal processing times blah"

By this point we were despairing! Everyone asking us what was happening, having to tell the same old story of no news with them not really getting it!

Then literally 4 days later we were approved! Turns out we probably were so close to being approved by the time they got round to sending out the general enquiry letter. Good news is that we got our NOA2 letter within the week so at least they were on that one.

You are all so so close! keep up the strength, I know it's tiresome, exhausting and a strain on all emotions but it could be anytime right now :))

Wishing you all the best of luck xxx

So we just submitted the case inquiry on their website and it went through, and we sent an email too.I know it means nothing but hey let's try...And he also called second time and first time he got to talk to tier two,3 weeks ago, they tolf him we should hear something in 15 days if not to call again. So he tried last night and they were supposed to call back but they didn't..maybe today who knows.Btw we are may 22nd(noa1) 170 days.So we shot all the options now wait again lol
