Ok so I'm no relationship expert but.......... she filled it out, won't let you provide any information......she keeps making excuses when it comes time to visit, Anemia (commonly treated with iron supplements), time of the month issues (every teen girl and woman has this). You sir may have biggger problems than an NOA2.

But the solution to getting an approved petition petition would be to meet the requirements. You have to meet in person within 2 years prior to submitting the petition. I would suggest working around her work schedule and her "monthly" schedule. Otherwise, you wasting time, and money.

Disclaimer: This is just my opinion and is not meant with any ill intent.

I swear....you always seem to pull the words right now out of my mouth. We think so much alike. Our ESP is strong!!!! :P

Hey Guys - First Time Poster Here... Kinda upset - I have a May 9th received date WAC1790324261 and still no action on the case.  I called the office today and eventually got thru to a tier 2 officer.  The guy told me that my case had undergone an initial review but still hadn't been assigned to an officer for a final review.  I told him that cases received after mine were being approved.  He honestly didn't believe me and seemed to know less about the process than the people on this board.  Honestly, how much longer could it be?  I am already sitting at 181 days!!

It's the Federal Government. Big Brother knows everything . Trust me on this. Sign it for her and you stand a good chance of denial or worse.

Having said that as Trinab80 said you can help her but SHE needs to log in and click the sign button. As to how they can find out. One way would be to see the IP address location of the computer that was used  when the "confirm/submit" button is clicked.

Steven.

That's what I thought, that they would figure it out, but I assumed when he said that he was going to be with her that maybe he had his laptop with him and they were sitting next to each other filling it out together.

But I can always count on you to confirm things for me. :D

no relationship expert but I really sense some sort of major issue, whether it is dishonesty, I don't know 🤷🏽‍♀️. Fear, or anxiety, maybe...... but that can be cured with a little pill here we call Xanax.

That link is for the job position.

Salary may be up to $100K depending upon the grade level.

No one processing our petitions is making that kind of money

Most of the case workers are contract employees as in not official government employees.

https://www.usajobs.gov/GetJob/ViewDetails/483398900

Job above is a little different. When ever someone contacts their congress person for aide on a case then the USCIS has a person to handle the inquires.

Position available above.

Mighty @The Squirrel, can your magic ball predict when they'll respond to our RFE:crying::crying::D

Did they received your RFE reply and when? You asked before about "letter explaining decisions", was that for your case?

Okay, to sum up everything that you've been told because you seem to not be taking heed to the feedback/advice that has been said repeatedly...

You're petition will be denied and let to expire as you and "fiancé" did not meet the full or main requirement which is meeting each other at least once within 2 years. Bottom line, point blank!

There is no waiver program for this requirement at this point because the petition is being denied now. Secondly, the "waiver" you are referring to you is based on religion/financial hardships - and nowadays the only one that barely gets the approval is religion beliefs.

If you try to meet her now after the fact does not qualify you for this petition, you will have to start over and pay the fee again!

Lastly, menstrual cycles and "anemia" are not health reasons to stop anyone from being able to travel - they can't even be used to get a medical excuse to not come to work once a month (although ladies, if you have succeeded, please share because I can always use an automatically monthly vacation.....lol).

You have bigger issues than you NOID right now...at this point, you have to prove that you two have a "relationship" and I'm sorry to tell you...text, pictures, gifts and pen pal letters will not cut it. Especially with the beneficiary coming from a very high-risk country.

Now, you can either take heed to what you've told more than once, or...waste more money figuring out how to prove a relationship that has no proof. Trust me, the US government has no problem taking and keeping your money!!!!

thanks for the information, your recommendation is to start all over again? what if she come here and provide requested materials

Yeah I had to read his post twice. Because I thought he might have meant filling it out when sitting together in the Philippines as well.

It's a long shot as the requirement is to meet prior to the application, wait and see what the letter says that you will get in the mail. Your best bet is to meet and file again I would suggest if she visits get married and file for CR1 instead it takes little longer but its cheaper in the long run and you get Green card and can work soon as you get to US instead on K1 you wouldn't be able to work until after AOS and she would have to support you until then.
