Cant save this petition. The requirements are having met in person within 2 years prior to submitting the petition, not after it was filed.

On the I-129F what did you write down for question 53 and 54 on page 8?

She filled it out she wont let me provide no information, she wrote it will cause financial problem because she is the only one with the job, which i was really mad at her for putting that down, mistake has already been made at this point what do we do sir ?

The requirements are you are to meet with in 2 years of filing, what you might be thinking of is a hardship waiver do to religon or major health.

Ok so I'm no relationship expert but.......... she filled it out, won't let you provide any information......she keeps making excuses when it comes time to visit, Anemia (commonly treated with iron supplements), time of the month issues (every teen girl and woman has this). You sir may have biggger problems than an NOA2. 

 

But the solution to getting an approved petition petition would be to meet the requirements. You have to meet in person within 2 years prior to submitting the petition. I would suggest working around her work schedule and her "monthly" schedule. Otherwise, you wasting time, and money.

The only waivers allowed for not meeting is for religious reasons or major health reasons.  There are no other waivers for that.  You will need to meet in order to get approved. Anemia, as stated above, is not a major health issue.
