I am not sure which i 129f it was. If it happens so be it. Like you said can not change it. They are signed and dated

The new I-129f form is 13 pages  and the expiration date 08/31/2018 in the top right corner of the first page.

I got approved in October 27 and I'm currently waiting for my case number. Basically, what you are saying is that I can fill out my DS-160 but choose the option save instead of submit? And I'm supposed to submit it when I get my case number, is that how it goes? Also I'm ready to start on it today, is there anything I need to fill it out? Like uploading a photo or something?

Thank you :)

Yes u need a digital passport photo if you have one if not then you can take a passport style to interview with you and yes you can start on DS 160 at anytime. Save it be sure to access it every 30 days and save it other wise all info will have to be put in again.

So I received my RFE hard copy today in the mail, it says that they are requesting evidence of proof that we met in person, and a letter stating we intend to marry. Evidence that was already submitted by my attorney  when He sent my packet in back in May.  Air line tickets, Hotel receipts, Passport stamps, Pictures of us together, Letters written by each of us stating our intention to marry. So tell me,  where is the evidence? Did they make paper planes out of it, or maybe a spitball battle in the office.  Bad enough that it took 6 months for them to touch my case, now they lost the evidence. Can they really be that incompetent? Or do they request proof of evidence they already have to see if everything checks out.  Has this happened to any of my VJ Pals?  The good thing is, I gathered all the evidence again, since I have all the originals, printed out the pictures again, dropped everything off at my attorneys this afternoon  and He sent it on its way. Hopefully it will not be a long delay before it gets approved once they receive it. Could be worse, at least it was not denied. I am a man of faith and know everything is in Gods perfect time.  "Man can make His plans, but God has the final say" Prvbs 16:1  Keep the faith my Vj pals!

This is very frustrating. So did you resend everything you sent before? Did you send in anything new?
