Rashed tried coming here for Valentine's Day. But there was "not a Muslim ban" going on. When he got to the airport they interrogated him for 7 hours about his religion. Asked him his political views then escorted him to a plane back home.

😳😳😤😡😡😡

im sorry

no wonder USCIS has been taking their time approving our petitions and working at a sloths pace ever since trump took office...

i mean before January 2017 it was taking 60 days or less for NOA2.. now you're lucky if you get your NOA2 in 150 days at least

OMG...it is so frustrating! In the last month almost every time I try to see my fiancé on Skype or Viber the connection is lost after 10 seconds! Especially after all of the bad weather in the Philippines.

Been there too. When he was working offshore for his previous job there were times when months went by with not a word. Finally we are moving forward and I just have such positive feelings going through this process because finally we are getting somewhere no matter how long it takes it's the last leg of our journey.

So jealous! The last time I saw my fiance was over four months ago. Ugh

Just try to skype as often as you can.

I just met her in person for the first time this year.

This will be my 3rd trip. I'm happy but my wallet is not.

Hi all:

has anyone else notices how the USCIS posted processing time on their website has jumped around? As each day goes on, I review the processing timeline on the USCIS website. in late july, the data regarding all visas being processed by the California Service Center (CSC) had a 'Last Updated' date of April 30, 2017. On this date, the CSC was processing applications received on January 15, 2017. This past weekend,  the website  changed. The 'Last Updated' category read the date May 31, 2017, and the new data for the I-129F visa claimed to be processing applications on February 15, 2017. now, the site still stated May 31, 2017, the date for the processing of I-129F applications for K-1 visas but now reads January 1, 2017.

I'm extremely confused as to what is happening in the California Service Center. Clearly, this website is not kept up to date, but is it possible that dates can jump around so much like this?Has anyone else noticed this?

When did you check? Because it's February 1 as in June 30th since yesterday :)

I hope they start keeping that consistently updated because, yes, they messed a lot with the dates during July
