Thanks for the update. I'm going to to try to call later this evening and hope I get lucky and speak to someone higher up and see if I get anything more specific. I'll let you know what I find.

Thank you! I'm 326563. I've seen 561 & 562 get approved lol. How did you find out, a notification or seeing your number in the scans or a hard copy?

My number 6583. I got a text message on my phone "Your case WAC***** is now updated. Check "My Case Status" at www.uscis.gov". When I did (I thought it is going to be RFE) I saw "Case Was Approved". Later I also saw it on @Shoegum scan

As our friend @The Squirrel said, maybe you're already approved and you don't know yet because it still isn't updated in the system. It's coming your way so just sit back and relax.
