Someone on the thread just offered up so great tips that it's better to prepare now for the interview then later. To that end, do you have your passport with enough time left that it won't be expired after arriving in the states.  It becomes more difficult to get things renewed or changed while in the states.  There are many other things and I will give you the link to the EMbassy Letter. Use it as a checklist for gathering every thing you will need to complete your interview at USEM.

Thank you so much. I got everything prepared. I will re-checked my documents. I'm just waiting for this noa2 so I can proceed with the next step. 😊

I am not really sure where to post this so I thought I might start here..

We got our NOA2 Septemeber 19-2017. NVC received the case October 4th. On October 24th we were told that our case had been sent electronically to the consulate. I waited a few days and contacted the consulate and they informed us that they had not received any case. I contacted NVC again and was told it takes time, which didnt make sense to me since it was sent electronically. I waited a few more days and contacted the consulate again and again they said they had nothing. When I called NVC once more I was finally able to speak with a supervisor who told me that it looked like there was something that went wrong with the system when our case was sent and that it had affected others as well. I called back again and I was told it would be sent again this Wednesday. When I called Wednesday no one seemed to know what I was talking about and now every time I call I get different info, some saying that its sent, some say it its being reviewed. When I ask to speak to a supervisor I am told none are available and that one will call me. Its been several days and I have had no response. I was hoping to see if any had a similar experience or had any ideas of what to do next. It just seems like our case is lost in limbo. I was already told the case was not in AP so I have ruled that out. Has any else had any trouble with their case being sent to the consulate electronically?
