So, correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm translating the 2,611 received cases as "untouched" ones, and the remaining 1,896 as processed (to some degree or other), does that really mean they're already 57% of the way through May?

According to their processing times, they should be all the way through May by now.

You are soo right I want to make a huge board with this saying on it and send it to CSC with mini muffin! Maybe that would motivate them..

we should also add "guys this is not august 31 anymore"

What Exactly does CEAC do, when they get your K1 file, is it just data entry or do they REDO the same info USCIS just did for the past 5 months¿

Well, it adds much needed levity to our situation! I really hope you're right. We're May 30, and VJ is predicting our case won't get touched for another two weeks, and every day it keeps getting pushed back even further. :-(

We're may 24th.

Have faith - its getting close to our time now

Another day past, another day longer, to many nights have past and to many questions left unanswered. When, how much longer? Seems like "soon" never will get here. Just a couple of arrows left in the quiver for this week, just hope that they refill that quiver with many on Monday. Any movement hit or miss just something on target..

Any movement hit or miss just something on target..   Looks like May 15 according to the graph is stuck. According to the numbers of the 16th more movement on that date with less petitions.

Wonder when they get to the end of the month they skip the 29 because it has to many..I am just frustrated like most... shooting arrows with eyes closed isn't good.

So if I understand this correctly, each column it's the total of the cases they received on that day, then the blu are those that were approved by Nov 1st and the rest in orange is what's left?

Sorry I feel very dam I can't understand this graphic! :( So I am May 11th and I still waiting means I'm in the 92 blue part?

So that means on May 30th they received so many cases? Sorry I'm very confused :(

:D Okay, now I'm even more confused!

Is the orange the people that are waiting or is that the blue? @Shoegum

I believed it was the orange that is still waiting, so if I'm May 11th I'm part of the 181 that are still waiting?

The way I see it The orange represents the total number of cases and the blue is how many are left to be approved. So we would want more oranges than blues. Subtract the blue from the orange and that is how many cases have been approved for that date.

Orange is still waiting, so if we see more blue colors in that graph it means more approved.

we wanted oranges(as in not touched cases) to be touched.
