Our RFE hard copy came. It was ask for information that we've met personally - photos, airplanes tickets, descriptions of our meetings, admission stamps and all the info of our meetings we have. Photos with dates, tickets, passports pages we have  sent previous time. But I think our RFE was because my fiance didn't describe the details of the meeting circumstances in a form ( he wrote 4 or 5 lines) and didn't add my admission stamps. Now we sent photos with dates and descriptions again, description of our meetings,  our tickets again, admission stamps, signed confirmation of my fiance's brother that I was a guest at his wedding with my fiance, our common cruise trip tickets ans some more things we have sent before ...

I have seen this happen to numerous couples. They submit what is required, send more evidence than they ask for, and still get an RFE. Sometimes I wonder if they are just stalling for time and to make their quota. The good news about an RFE is that they usually approve quickly once they receive the requested evidence. Good luck! Looks like your time together is coming soon :)

The Spinach case tracker's been so suspiciously silent today. 😧 😧

Am I the only one to be too worried about that?

Our predicted approval date is just like the horizon - unreachable 😐

I was just thinking the same thing. Lame Wednesday, it looks like.....

I haven't had any notifications on there, but I'm not convinced I've got it set up properly haha. Let's hope they have a super productive afternoon!

GOOD NEWS; especially for June and July filers;

the numbers are back to normal  for the expected 700+ per weeks.

These numbers doesn't even include October rejections!

I am still hoping for June to slowly start next week and go to their peak the following!

And obviously as a September I am religiously believing in 150 days!

You are SO awesome!

Guys, after what happened in NYC yesterday,

I just heard in the news US immigration will be even more carefull and strict with letting immigrants in, Trump wants to shut down Diversity Visa Lottery.

I'm getting even more worried :( do you think we may have any extra problems or k1s are a different case?

Sorry, I'm paranoid now! :(

***Waiting for interview***
