i would recommend signing and dating each evidence page you send in the RFE.

I have no idea what Igors list means, but we are number 486... does that mean there are 486 cases to still be processed ahead of us? 173 days and counting...

No no, you are OK. That list is fun, but not too accurate. 

 

 

I was actually going through the early May cases, and here is the breakdown of the first 25 maybe little more:

 

- couple are not "clickable"

- couple have not been on the forum since joining

- only 4 are still around

- half have not been around since the last week of September

- other half have not been around since 8 - 12 days ago

 

I wonder why

Maybe once they got their noa2s they just didn't come back?

 

I signed up for the site back in January but kind of forgot about it until a couple of weeks ago when I started to get antsy about waiting.

 

We are currently together so it's not as bad as what most other people are experiencing, but I feel like we've been sooo patient up until now it's really testing me haha. Our work contracts come to an end in December so we will have to go our separate ways then (him to the US, me to the UK) and I was hoping to time it to get my medical and interview over with by January, but even that is looking unlikely!

No need for her to wait. We submitted our 1 month before approved and no problems.

Great to know it's out of the way.

She has to be the one to press the magic submit button.

I think they can track the location of the IP if the american in USA does it.

Not sure but better safe than sorry.

This is my post from "June" topic, my comrades are in a bit of a funk, depression and such, so I have to take out my pom poms and do some cheerleading . They are killin' me, but what can I do, I love them anyway . Here it is:

 

yesterday: USCIS approved total 69 - 7 approved on the forum

Forum had more than 10% of the total approved

Total approved yesterday is only 2.4% of the pending grand total

 

Today: USCIS approved total 67 - 8 approved on the forum 

Forum had 12% of the total approved

Total approved today is only 2.4% of the pending grand total

 

Should USCIS numbers run parallel to forum's (as it is a pure percentage "sample") USCIS had:

 

276 approved petitions yesterday 

335 petitions approved today

 

If you read this, and say you don't feel good ....... you should be telling that to your doctor

It's a great day for many of us, and kinda frustrating for a lot of us as we wait to see our approval. Either way, it's Halloween here in the US, and I wanted to share one of my favorite clips from one of my favorite spooky/funny movies to celebrate with everyone. Those from the US probably know this one, and some headed to the US might not yet (including my fiance), but there will be many festivities to share in the future. Happy Halloween everyone!
