My first experience calling USCIS was not fun. They gave me the "we are currently processing April 1st, call back when our website says we are processing May 11th"

I told her I know that's not true because I see a whole ton of may approvals every day. She says people are just telling me they're approved to upset me.

Do they really think we're that dumb? Why can't they just admit they're processing May files? I don't get it. It makes absolutely no sense.

yes probably so. so from the last time we had over 100+ approvals it was also a monday right?

and that means they come back every 2 weeks for scans i'm assuming?!

BTW - thaaaanks for your update in your signature on what to do after NOA2! It seems a bit funny to me if people wait for mooonths and then come ask what to do?! really?! 5 months of waiting was not enough time to prepare all this? lol

so thanks a million for that!!!

i hope with all the work you do here, your approval will come this week, even if a lot of other cases get skipped, but you deserve it!!!

my thoughts: what will you do once you got NOA2? lol after months or weeks of passionate scanning, can you just let go and stop? :D lol

Yes in the past has been Mondays or business day after weekend as one of the weeks Monday was holiday. Although if it was bi-weekly it should of been Nov 6 maybe they come in Weekly. So they are 3 out of 4 days after weekend it rained approvals.

Yes i figured it would be easy for everyone as we will get a lot of those questions what to do now after NOA2 lol. Credit goes to @LabOz for posting the detailed steps in this thread.

After my NOA2 i will pass the reins over to @Naes :P:D  haha jk i'll still do it for May cases until they move to June  lol

I find these kinds of responses particularly infuriating, because they're not even reading their website correctly. Yes, the website says they WERE processing April 1, AS OF AUGUST 31, 2017That was two months ago! So they haven't made any progress in two months? Ridiculous.

Yes! And it's so frustrating! I told her, I know that isn't true. So is there someone else I can speak to please. And she just kept repeating how people just say they're approved to upset me. They're honestly so unprofessional.

Especially today. I know my day is coming. That's what everyone will say. I know it is. And we have time, so I don't need to rush. But seeing all these approvals and waiting for mine is crushing. I just can't wait till I see that approval finally.
