Does or will Pack 3 differ from country to country? As an example, the screenshot is for Montreal.. will one from/for the Philippines be any different?

Yes, each country's will vary from the other. Visit your country's portal to find out what your packet 3 requirements are.

ROC Filing:

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken

There are a couple pages not uploaded here. But you can easily search Google for Philippines P3 Packet and it will provide you a link to download the .PDF file.

On the USCIS site, the processing dates seemed to go back to cases from January 1st. A week ago it said they were processing cases from February 15th, any input for this?

my NOA1 date is 01st May 2017

Please let me know when should I expect NOA2?

If you had your account linked to your timeline, it would tell you the expected date for the NOA2. I filed in late May, and the expected date for me is from 9/24-10/2, with that being said, Id like to think that yours would be from mid-late August to early September..

Good luck! :)

My fiancée sent the packet in too on the same date 5th May. Waiting is killing really. We received NOA1 for the 8th May. But the predicted time to receive a response keeps moving further away of late. Predicted time for NOA2 to be between Aug 16-24 now it's moved to Sept 2-14 or so....it takes so long ....anyone have a real idea what's going on with them right now ???

I'm quite worried about that too. Let's hope someone who knows better responds to this
