When I asked what is the best time to call then the lady said at 8:00 a.m. I will try again tomorrow exactly at that time.

This is getting ridiculous I can't believe this is taking so long for us to get the NOA2.

 

i feel like calling USCIS 10 times a day

 

this is really taking a toll on mine and my fiances life!

I apparently neglected to check "no" on Part 3 Question 2 that asks if you've ever been convicted of serious crimes.

I sent back the attachment they requested along with my passport pages today and a little more evidence of ongoing relationship, so praying the NOA2 will come mid-November. Can't believe I overlooked the question after reviewing the packet so many times!!! lol.

Just above that question is a section that says "only answer this if you are in the military" so I accidentally skipped the section.

Try to stay positive and keep yourself busy. Sometimes you're approved and their system doesn't update. You get it when you least expect it. Good luck on your approval

I am 174 days right and still have not heard anything yet, talked to lady last night and told her that if nothing by dec then we can withdrawl app and ge t married over there and she agreed she is hurt n pissed they are taking so long on this process.

I've been following you and wish the best of luck. It shouldn't be happening. If it's over 180 days, file a request. I would say stick with K1 since you're almost there if you start over if just gets you more frustrated, CR-1 takes 12-14 months. Unless you can stay with her in Philippines while waiting.

 

I would call to Tier2 and bug them every day if I were you. Wish for your speedy approval!

Thank you and no can not afford to stay that long would lose all, she is will to do cr1 if need be as long as i still travel
