.  Here I wanted to know uscis website shows they are working on April filers. My fiance just called csc and asked about our case status.one lady picked the call an says she can't transfer the call to anyone. She said they r doing their work in order and they r on April..m so worried..in these scans few may 12 filers got their approval nd they skipped our case. They told my fiance they would not skip anyone's case..she told in rude manner my fiance told me..m feeling like there is nothing now..why they not transfer the call.ridiculous.

Oh hey - I missed the troll "fun"! Been reading along all afternoon (Dutch time), then decide to do some late work stuff and suddenly see all these posts about trolling, ignoring, etc

 

However, not fun fun at all - we already had our share in the June thread. Reported, ignored and on we go with positivity

i was just going through screenshots of imo and of FB chat and if i print it all out i will have over 1000 pages thats alot if ink and over 2 reams of paper hope they do not want more then that if i still get a rfe after 175 days so far but have not heard anything yet

We just have to keep being patient, they will get to us all soon. Their website says that also they generally work in order they receive cases however we have seen that is not the case.

 

There are still April petitions  that are not approved yet, over 900 untouched, around 900 with RFEs. I would imagine until they are able to complete applications roughly 90% to 95% of april cases they cannot change the date on their website to May. 

 

They are touching cases in both April and May, for May they are touching cases between May 1st and May 15,  they only got to May 15th yesterday where couple got RFE's otherwise its been up to May 12th.

 

Hang in there, keep the faith it will come soon

I hope these that work from home, will work on weekends too lol and update system on Mon so they even get to last part of May filers..BTW my fiance called,tier 2 will call him in 544 mins lol they were curious though to find out how he got a text we are approved and system says still received 😂

My fiancée called about 10 mins ago and was told we have to wait 3-5 days for a call back from a Tier Two, as they’ve stopped taking call transfers about an hour before!

 

The call handler had no empathy and just wanted us off the call. It took her a while to bring up our case too! 

Are they still using Windows 3.1 and using carrier pidgeons to send mail?!

 

What really gets to me is that we paid $525 to submit our application, which is $225 more than last year, and they’re taking almost double the time that they did last year!

 

We all want to move on our lives and start a family and the USCIS is preventing us all from doing so! 

 

It’s total bs!!

 

Does anyone ask where the extra $225 is going? Why, as we paid more than last year’s applicants, is it taking almost double the time??
