Now we are apart.. cause I didn't know dcf existed 😂 So I told him to go home and find a job... I'm regretting...

But still easier than moving to a new place and starting all over twice.

Oh I'm sorry. DFC?

Do not worry. Come to visit me, I'll give you tea and doner kebab. In addition, before the end of our visas, I think we all become very friendly.

Direct consular filing.. if someone lives in the country legally longer than 6 months and you're married, obviously you can file for it instead of a Spouse petition. Which we didn't know...

Hey everyone, I have a question!

I've been seeing this Document has been returned to USCIS status in the scans. If the petitioner was to ask for USCIS to send this document back again, how long would that take? I assume you send a service request or e-request.

Thanks!

Sorry! 😂 I am thinking all opposite today since I was into Australia timing for that freaking police check! And I'm in between US and Australia 😂

What's 6 hours compared to 6 months? 😝

I think those are the cases embassy sent back to USCIS. If you want to stop the process you need to send a whitdrawal letter to USCIS. If you want to cancel when it's at the embassy, you should contact with them.

when I applied for Green card 14 years ago, when they did Name check, they got a hit (common south Indian name) and they had to do additional finger print check, which delayed it by a month. Now, I wonder if that will avoid additional delay this time or have to go through the same delay again. Finger crossed...
