No does the beneficiary have to courier something to nvc? I’m reading all kinds of instructions. It’s confjsing me!!!!

No he has to send you the affidavit of support and its supporting documents, new letters of intent to marry, and the copy of the I-129f petition to your address before the interview. You’re supposed to take that and more proof of ongoing relationship to the interview with you.

Baby steps here but making progress.

Good luck to those who recently were approved.

NOA 2's seem slow here this last few days.

Hopefully a good pick up tomorrow

How do you get notifications from the app? I have an iPhone and I have tried looking through Settings on my phone and settings in the app as well. No luck.😞

with either the USCIS APP or CASETRACKER you just enter your WACnumber and in the app itself it's set to notify you :)

very easy and simple use and of course super helpful

I'm guessing May 11th? Really sorry for the wait and frustration.

I'm so sorry, did you guys try to call? Just in case.

This is almost funny at this point.. My receipt number is WAC1790327977. 76 and 78 have been touched as if carefully plucked by tweezer not to disturb my 77..

at this point, I keep daydreaming that DJ khaled is saying "THEY DONT WANT YOU TO BE APPROVED" in my ear.

I'm so so so sorry really.

I dont want to say or think this but everytime someone says something like this I'm checking the countries. It's mostly Iran or Islamabad or such. You know where I'm going... (please believe me from the depth of my heart I, by no means, mean anything bad here) but do you guys think the background check are taking longer for these countries? Not that they are separating from the bunch but just taking longer.

1) names we use (as a Turkish person my name is old Turkish but I know most of our names are similar with Arabic and Persian and end up being similar with you know what)

2) last names

3) family background checks (literally my fathers middle name is ekber so I was wondering about this a while)

4) family and such connections check

these may alone cause a little bit of more time for process?

I'm sorry if I offend anyone. This is just a theory 😐

@K-1Applicant2017 can you check your similar timelines? How long other people with your country takes for example? I don't know if it shows. But just to give you some relief maybe. Cause they are approving it just seems like a little later than the rest

this would be absolutely not fair, acceptable or appropriate. I honestly never thought of that, but now the way you just wrote it, who knows!

at this point, nothing would surprise me, but again, it would be absolutely not appropriate! :(

PS: still thinking numbers. average 3.5k files per month x USD 535 = USD 1.872.500 !!! and yet, no progress :(
