Right. The K1 Visa is an agreement to get mrried legally in the USA!so u definitely cant get married other that usa.

160 days today. My love called tier 2 and after waiting for 85 min for a call back he heard the same old story again: that’s normal processing time, we’re still touching April cases and soon you will have you case seen. That’s so desperate, it gets me so impatient, so sad. I just cant wait to see my love. We were together last june. Our attorneys advised us that me going to America could be a risk right now and that we have to wait. Jesus! I need this fu&@$3! Answer! Good luck for all of us

Check out the prices from Chicago to Manila!  There are a couple people here that saved time and money by getting a flight to O’Hare first!  I have never had more than 1 stop.  Usually Hong Kong or Tokyo.  The flights work so well that I can just have a couple hours in between flights.  My last flight went through Inchon.  I believe earlier this year someone flew from Colorado to O’Hare to Manila and back and saved over $500 and the total trip was shorter.  

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

NVC is totally different from calling USCIS... the people I have spoken to there are friendly and helpful.  They will ask you for your WAC number and then they'll either ask you for your fiance(e)'s name and date of birth and, perhaps yours as well.  Then, you'll ask them if your case has been assigned a number yet or they will tell you first that it has and give it to you... easy!  :)  Hope that helps.
