A few people have been saying that calling 3 times a day did the trick for them, so maybe you could try that  Good luck!!

Since there is a date listed for about a month from now....I would guess you need to take care of something with your case and have it back to them by that November date....I know peeps that have had an RFE come like that....Not the end of the world as one is usually approved very shortly after they receive what they are requesting. Good luck and keep us updated.

@Shoegum @K1VisaApplicant05 @AZSunshine78 @Alice L @WhJi my deepest fear is that it could be a notice of an intent to deny (NOID) since its dated 30 days from the 18, which doesn't make much sense to me because neither of us were previously married, Ive provided a ton of communication between us, travel Itinerary, passport stamps,  photos of countless events together, photos of our engagement party and family... and so much more. I have not filed any K visa before either.

Paranoia sets in pretty easily with this process. Don't fear the worst, that's for sure! Private message me your number and I will look up your receipt on my application and see if I can get any details on it.

I would do it once a day at the end of the day as well. Their systems probably updates once a day anyway

Just letting you know that I received a notification on my app, bright and early this morning, 7am California time. Case approved, no country, just had United states, but oddly it says that the filing date was 5/7/2017, which was a Sunday . What to think of that?

I don't know for sure but I have a suspicion, could be the new travel ban hitting K1 visas. Totally a uneducated guess though. I get the million thoughts going through one's mind with things like this. Really will have to wait until you receive the hard copy.   October 18th was the date it was supposed to take effect

Anyone who was sent an RFE request heard back from USCIS yet?

They said they received mine on Oct. 12 and I haven't heard a thing since.

What is the usual turn around time?

The filing date is entered by the user of the app it is not related to the actual received date with USCIS. So when you're creating your timeline using the app it will show whatever you have entered.
