If your number starts with WAC, it is in California and received by USCIS...

Yes i know that but why would the skip may filers like that or they just have not got to them.. I hit the 6 month mark last week... And i still know nothing i check for updates and its the same... Has not changed from the time they sent my document back out.. Which i received like 3xs.... Im not understanding why its so long... Yet, i have no choice but to wait....

Oh ok now I got it!

Yes Unfortunately  we have to wait.

There are still 1000 cases in April that are waiting. So they do jump for whatever reason they have. Some cases are harder, some cases are easier to finish the process. it can be background check for some may be longer, or for example if one's first time getting married and one is divorced so maybe more information to check and continue. These are all guesses, but May 15 cases or after that date has not exactly started yet, so you are not alone. Try to relax you almost there.

It's ok any question you have just ask.. But yeah I am hoping may 15 will start showing up somewhere this week or next but I don't know when all of them will finish.

So I hope yours will be one of the fast ones.

Hi! I traveled to the US with a tourist visa after we'd filed for K1 - I did that in July this year. I was honest at the port of entry and told the officer we were going to meet my fiancé's family, showed him return ticket, a guarantee letter from my employer. And I had my kids waiting for me at home. So the officer wished me a nice trip and let me in)

That was my third trip to the US within 10 months, I never stayed longer than claimed to the passport control officer.

Good luck!!! And enjoy thanksgiving with your fiancé)

@Shaman I appreciate your advice. I just bought a return ticket. but I do not have a guarantee letter from a employer because I do not have job in my nation. So I will show the officer my return ticket and I hope my fiancé's petition is accepted in 2 weeks. and I also your petition is accepted as soon as possible.

If you marry before you get your k1, then i dont think you will be eligible to finish the k1 process. You will have to do the cr-1 route. So probably just visit and be together but dont do a ceremony because you're  so close to being done and the cermeony can mess it up. At the pace its going, you can expect 2-3 weeks to get approval so its possible to have your visa before the date you planned to have the wedding

@K&N2609 I appreciate your advice. I just bought round ticket so that I can have a visa interview. I hope I can get a visa before the wedding ceremony and I can get packet 3 in a month after I get NOA2. you already got NOA2!! Congratulations!! I hope you prepare visa interview is going well.

I am the very last one on that list (1790327977). I received the status update last Friday via email. has anyone else received the same status update and can tell me what to expect? I am hoping the other two on this list are on this forum too..
