Just out of curiosity. Does anyone know what service center processes them better or quicker? I know the one in Vermont is considered the "Black Hole" I usually see the California Process Center alot. I'm an October Filer and mine was just sent to The Texas branch.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought all I-129  visa petitions are now processed in CSC.

All I-129F cases go to the California Service Centre (CSC). Very few get transferred to another service centre.

To be clear, you sent your application to the Dallas Lockbox - this is where they get scanned, sorted and sent onto CSC.

Okay. I went with Rapid Visa and I've been tracking it. I got a text saying it had been delivered at 2:51 am this morning in Dallas..

A USPS text this morning?

If you completed a G1145 form then you should also get a text from USCIS next week with your WAC unique case number (CSC number) and it will display your received date.

Then you will received in the mail an NOA1 (I-797 form) which will have your Received Date and your Notice Date on it.

Then you’ll be waiting for a few months for your NOA2 which is an approval notice.

Texas sends them to CSC where they all go

Greetings fellow K1 Petitioners. I need the help of G-325A experts in response to an RFE. They want a G-325A for me and my fiancee.

1. My fiancee can read/write/speak/understand English. I assume she can fill it out in English, otherwise (if Khmer) a certified translation would have to accompany the document. Is that correct?

2. What about the part that states "If your native alphabet is in other than Roman letters, write your name in the native alphabet below"? How is she supposed to do this being in Cambodia? I assume send the form to her, she fill it out in English, sign, date, write her name below in Khmer, then scan/email it back to me, correct?

3. As for her signature... As before, I assume she fill it out in English, sign, date, write her name below in Khmer, then scan/email it back to me, correct.

4. Is the "File Number" located at the top-left of the I-797E, Notice of Action (blue) form, and start with an "A"?

5. What's this "Alien Registration" part at the bottom of the form? I am assuming that does not apply to me being a native citizen of The States. My fiancee has never been to The States so I assume this does not apply to her either. Correct?

"Do not worry about anything, but in everything, by prayer and

petition, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God, that is superior to every frame of mind, shall be garrisoning your hearts and your apprehensions in Christ Jesus."

The last 5 years.

Thanks again

I have been researching the "A" number on the G-325A for the last 30min and I've read three answers so far:

1. "just write this...". Which don't cut it for me. I need to understand.

2. "the Alien Registration Number and File Number are the same"

3. "the File Number and the Alien Registration Number are NOT the same".

Now the "A#" at the top-left of the RFE notice. Is that the "File Number", or what? Is that what I put at the top-right of the G-325A form? What does my fiancee put on the form?

The A number is giving once giving a visa. I been told to leave blank or put N/A.

Hello, everyone! Congrats to all of those who got approved the past few days I was gone! I’m happy to those who got their case numbers as well! And for the rest of my dear MAYers who are still waiting, hang in there! There’s always a rainbow after the rain. I know that waiting and patience are hard but it took us so long (took me a quarter of a century) to finally find someone whom we’ll spend the rest of our lives with, five or six months of waiting is nothing compared to it. I am praying for all of you! Remember that waiting for the NOA2 is one of the hardest stage of this journey. I am sure you’ll be able to overcome it and come out as a winner with your other half! May we all have a blessed week ahead full of approvals! ❤️
